Our programs are personalized and open for all experience levels and ages. No previous experience is necessary, and no weight, age, or level of mobility restrictions. Whether you are more advanced in your practice or at the beginning of your yoga journey, we will be there to guide you and help create a yoga experience that works for you! All programs are provided by trained and experienced staff within the beautiful environment of our hotel, among olive and orange trees.
