The library area is also a cozy place to relax and read a book or play games. While some guests complained about the crowdedness of the beach and pool areas due to the influx of cruise ship guests, the staff, especially Natalia, always made sure to help with any concerns. There were recommendations to clean the cushions in the shallow water loungers. Nevertheless, the water park and pools were described as fun areas to hang around. The adult / infinity pool boasts an ocean view, while the hot tubs, climbing wall and water fun park add to the excitement. Overall, guests loved the various pool options and location of the hotel.
