Although some guests found the prices a bit overpriced, the hotel is well positioned and has excellent customer service. The location is great and the family rooms are of good size. However, some guests reported a poor night's sleep due to tired decoration and old rooms that were not worth the price. While the hotel was memorable for some guests for the wrong reasons, others found the hotel exceptional and an all-around top hotel. Although some found it to be not quite up to 4-star Premier Inn standard, the accommodation was very good with a 5-star rating. The facilities were varied and while some found them challenging for the wrong reasons, others found them excellent. If you're looking for a luxurious stay, the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea may not be quite the right fit. However, for a weekend break in Swansea, it might be just what you are looking for.
