Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West provides guests with a clean and pleasant environment, as highlighted in positive remarks about the hotel's cleanliness. However, some aspects of the service and amenities might leave guests wanting a bit more to satisfy their expectations. The absence of a pool is noted, which might be a consideration for those seeking leisure facilities. While breakfast is available, it has room for improvement as some guests wished for a better selection and were concerned about the use of plastic cutlery. The front desk service also received mixed reviews, with suggestions for a friendlier approach. Moreover, price considerations and occasional service lapses might be seen as areas where the hotel could enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these points, the overall consensus appreciates the cleanliness of the hotel, which is a key factor for many travelers.

The Best Western Plus Milwaukee West is a budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a passable stay. While some rooms may be small with uneven floors, the hotel offers modern updates to its older facilities. However, guests note that sound can travel through walls and floors. Despite this, the price is good for what you get. The common areas are in need of some finishing touches, but the rooms themselves are of good quality, even rivalling more expensive hotels. Overall, it's a simple chain hotel that is great for a quick stay after catching a Brewers game.
