Although some guests believe that the hotel should rather be rated five stars as it exceeds expectations, others argued that value for money is not good. The hotel, labeled as a Relais & Châteaux establishment, is really top-notch and it had exceeded the expectations of some guests despite the affordable rates when compared to other hotels in Bora Bora. However, it was mentioned that some prices at the restaurants and boutiques were exorbitant. Although some guests found breakfast disappointing, the hotel deserves more than four stars, except that the quality of the staff at the reception and the restaurants needs improvement.
