The Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds and an oceanfront setting that makes guests feel completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Though it's a bit far from the strip in Montego Bay, it's conveniently located near the airport with a 10-minute airport ride and it's easy to get transportation to off-site activities. Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Cinnamon Hill golf course, while beach lovers will enjoy the beautiful beach and crystal-clear ocean. It's a great spot for those looking to be close to activities and restaurants with many conveniently located nearby. All in all, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it a great choice for those looking for a relaxing, secluded stay in beautiful Jamaica.

Breakfast

If you're looking for a hotel with fantastic breakfast options, the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa is a great option. Guests had no complaints and consistently mentioned the cleanliness of the facilities, rooms and the use of mild-smelling products. Although some mentioned minor issues, such as dirty mirrors, a/c filters needing replacement and a urine odor upon entering the room, the housekeeping staff was pleasant and thorough. The only downside mentioned was debris on the beach, but overall, the resort is well-laid out and beautiful with positive mentions of the amenities and friendly staff.

Staff

The Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa is known for its warm and friendly staff who are always willing to go out of their way to make guests feel at home. From the towel hut to the housekeeping staff, almost everyone provides great, friendly service. The majority of the staff members are welcoming, helpful and kind and they embody what Jamaica is about. Nathan and Denardo were exceptional waiters who went above and beyond to satisfy their guests. The servers at the restaurants were phenomenal, the housekeepers did a fabulous job cleaning the rooms and the head chef went above and beyond. The staff members' attitude is extraordinary and each one made every effort to ensure a fabulous experience. Although some guests encountered a couple of staff members who need lessons in customer care and service, it is generally agreed that the staff's top-notch service made their stay special.

Pool

The Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa boasts a range of wonderful swimming options in three different areas - the main pool, lazy river or beach. The resort's water park with fun slides is perfect for kids, while the ample pool is praised for its cleanliness and comfort. Guests can enjoy plenty of activities throughout the day and the hotel staff receives high praise. The beach is easily accessible with lots of chairs available in the sun or shade and great cabanas that can be reserved in advance. Overall, the swimming facilities and grounds are impressive, although some guests would appreciate a few more water slides or hot tubs. Despite occasional overcrowding, the water park and lazy river are exciting and enjoyable with the slides receiving particular admiration. The food is highly rated while guests appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel.

Once you turn off the main road and enter the hotel property, you feel secluded and in your own world by the ocean. The resort has plenty of food options and activities for guests to enjoy. The beach can get a bit crowded and there have been issues with debris and seaweed. However, the beach is still beautiful and the free water activities are a fun bonus. Guests appreciate the lack of beach vendors trying to sell them things. Families will love the kid-friendly environment.
