The besttime Hotel Monschau offers a mixture of accessibility features, making it partially accommodating for guests with disabilities. The hotel provides accessible bathrooms, ground-level rooms and several wheelchair-accessible facilities, including parking spaces. A significant advantage is the hotel's proximity to accessible touristic sites and its easily navigable entrance, making it convenient for short walks. Additionally, the parking garage is large and has accessible spots and the check-in process is smooth.

However, there are notable drawbacks to consider. The absence of an elevator and the presence of multiple steps throughout the hotel make it challenging for guests with limited mobility. The steep, narrow streets leading to the hotel and the bumpy road are also potential difficulties. The wet areas within rooms are on the smaller side and showers lack seats and sufficient water pressure. Narrow corridors can make it tough for those using scooters.

In summary, while the hotel provides some necessary accessibility features, the lack of certain facilities such as an elevator and the challenging terrain around the hotel may present difficulties for guests with mobility issues.

ACHAT Hotel Monschau generally receives positive remarks for its accessibility features designed for guests with disabilities. Reviewers appreciate the great accessibility and noted that the hotel is suitable for handicapped guests and those with limited mobility. The rooms offer ample space for wheelchair users and the facilities are described as well-organized and thoughtful, easily accessible and easy to reach by foot.

The hotel has parking available directly at the premises, although some guests mention that the parking area is not large enough to accommodate the number of rooms. Nonetheless, there are plenty of parking spaces around the hotel.

However, several guests reported issues with the elevator being out of order, which posed challenges for those with reduced mobility and elderly guests. The elevator, when functional, is described as being very slow.

The showers are noted to be better suited for people with disabilities, although some reviews highlight that rooms only have bathtubs with shower screens, which are suboptimal and difficult for older guests to use.

Overall, ACHAT Hotel Monschau provides good accessibility, but there are some areas, specifically regarding the elevator and bathroom amenities, that could improve to better serve guests with disabilities.
