Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Holiday Resort Lombok offers a mix of experiences that highlight both its strengths and areas for improvement. On the positive side, the resort is situated on a beautiful beachfront, providing guests with a stunning view of the sea and beach that many found to be priceless. The grounds and the pool are particularly outstanding and the overall property is described as magnificent and better than the photos suggest. The breakfast and dining options are of good quality for a 4-star hotel and the service, rooms, pool and restaurant receive high praise. Additionally, the hotel organizes numerous events, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
However, there are recurring comments about the resort not quite living up to its 4-star rating. Several reviews mention that the villas are outdated and in need of substantial renovations. Other feedback highlights that the hotel, although exceptional in some areas, is somewhat worn out and not consistently maintained. Despite these points, many guests feel that the resort offers very good value for money, noting that it is really cheap for what you get and provides an excellent value for a 4-star experience. Overall, while there are some flaws, the combination of its beautiful location, quality facilities and affordability makes Holiday Resort Lombok a noteworthy option for visitors.
