The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is a fantastic beach resort with an ideal location right by the ocean. Guests love the nice, quiet atmosphere that's not too far from downtown and the bonus of being close to the lighthouse. The hotel is situated near many wonderful restaurants and offers a driver service to drop guests off at nearby places. The town of Key Biscayne itself is beautiful and peaceful with a nice beachfront that guests appreciate. Additionally, the hotel provides great service and the location is highly praised by guests from around the world. 기자: One of the reviews is not in English, so I had to use Google Translate to understand it.

Rooms

The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami has newly updated rooms with beautiful overall design, providing guests with a great experience. While some guests reported that the rooms seemed outdated, many others enjoyed stunning sea views, lovely terraces and quiet environments. However, some rooms were far from optimal with uncomfortable beds and dated furniture. The plumbing was old-fashioned in some rooms, while others complained about the lack of coffee makers. Additionally, the pool temperature was warmer than expected, making it less refreshing. Although some guests found the rooms in need of renovation, others loved the newly remodeled accommodations. With a variety of rooms available, it's recommended to book a deluxe suite for an unforgettable experience.

Cleanliness

Guests at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami praised the hotel's exceptional cleanliness, stating that the hotel and grounds are the cleanest they have ever seen. The pool was also noted to be sparkling clean. While there were some minor issues such as dirty carpets and restrooms by the pool in need of a refresh, guests were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping was commended for their exceptional attention to detail, although a few guests did mention that they experienced some delays in room cleaning. However, despite a few small hiccups, guests were mostly satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel.

Staff

The staff at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami receives high praise from guests who describe them as lovely, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Many guests highlight individuals who went above and beyond, such as Hassan, Caroline and Andrea. The valet parking staff and front desk response times received some criticism, but overall the service was described as great, professional and competent. Some guests noted that housekeeping could be inconsistent, but the pool area was sparkling clean and the boutique staff provided amazing service. Despite a few issues, the majority of guests found the staff exceptional and attentive. However, some guests were disappointed with the lack of complimentary gestures from the hotel and the automatic 18% gratuity added to all services.

Pool

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami offers beautiful pools for guests to enjoy during their stay. While the main pool can get packed, it creates a fun and energetic atmosphere that feels like a Disney Resort. Although the restrooms near the pool could use a refresh, the adult pool and family pool are separated to cater to different preferences. Additionally, the outdoor pool is heated and there is even a children's pool for younger guests to enjoy. The picturesque location by the ocean makes for a wonderful backdrop while relaxing by the sparkling clean pools. While some guests noted that the adult pool and main restaurants were closed during their stay, the overall facilities are marvelous and provide ample lounging options with enough beach chairs available.

Beach

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is a beautiful hotel that boasts an amazing location right on the beach. Guests love the proximity of the beach and the convenience of not having to drive to access it. Although some mentioned that the beach was dirty and filled with seaweed, this is not the fault of the hotel and many still enjoyed the beach regardless. Overall, the beach is in a nice location but may require more effort to keep it clean. Despite these minor downsides, guests still appreciated the picturesque location on the oceanfront.
