Guests have direct access to the thermal baths and can even stroll over in their hotel-provided robes. The robe walkway itself is particularly lovely. Although there are some broken tiles in the current pool area, everything is still functional. One drawback is the lack of accessibility for disabled guests, as an electric chair left in the pool has not been cleaned in some time. However, the ease of access through the turnstiles and the overall convenience of the thermal baths more than makes up for these issues. While the Musicdome and saunas can get crowded, guests were still satisfied with their experience. Most guests only had minor complaints about service at the bar and overall enjoyed their time in the thermal baths immensely.
