Despite this, guests found the all inclusive experience to be brilliant and appreciated the efforts made by the hotel to diversify the buffet. The hotel caters to families with children and offers freshly made baby food for its youngest guests. The hotel's exceptional customer service, beautiful pools and water park and great buffet were all mentioned positively by guests. Some guests did find some faults with the quality of the all inclusive drinks and food, but overall the hotel provided a nice all round experience at a good value for the price.
