Although the restaurant service can be slow at times, given the high number of staff vs visitors, the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff more than makes up for it. Guests have praised not only the front desk clerks, but also the housekeeping staff and the Tavern staff. Even the manager is accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great stay - like filling up a guest's gas tank when it was siphoned off in the parking lot.
