While some guests found the main lagoon pool and the second largest pool to be a little chilly, others enjoyed taking a dip in the well-maintained and varying-deep pools. The pool facilities are superb and the hotel gardens are magnificent. However, some guests pointed out the insufficient number of refreshment points and the long wait to access services. On a positive note, the pool bars are located next to each pool and there is suitable sunbed available near the pool area. The hotel also features a lazy river and individual pool bars, but unfortunately, the hotel has been experiencing issues with the availability of sun loungers and some guests did not appreciate the towel reservation by other guests.
