Though the water around the island is very shallow, guests can take a boat to the reef for swimming. While some reviewers mention dead coral on the beach and the lack of deep sand, others rave about the beautiful white-sanded beach, the clear water and the incredible marine life, including mantarays, octopuses and baby reef sharks on their doorstep from the water bungalow. The paths are well-maintained, making them perfect for exploring barefoot. The island itself is very well-maintained and groomed, while the water is stunning with breathtaking views. However, when landing or taking off, there may be an intense fuel smell on the beach.
