Despite some guests feeling that the buffet dinner and cleanliness standards fell slightly below the five-star rating, the friendly and professional staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure guests had a wonderful stay. With a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, Hacienda del Conde is the ideal place to rest and disconnect and guests can enjoy lovely views of the pool and scenic terraced surroundings. While some guests found the hotel to be average or not quite up to five-star standards for the price, many praised the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
