Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel LF By Feliciano consistently receives high praise from guests across various categories. The hotel's prime location near the border between Argentina and Brazil and close to Duty Free shopping is highly appreciated, as it offers convenience and easy access to points of interest. Despite the heavy highway traffic nearby, guests find the location advantageously strategic for their travel needs.
A standout feature of the hotel is the breakfast, which guests describe as complete, delicious and high quality. The variety includes fresh fruits, cakes, jams and good coffee, providing excellent value for money. The breakfast's richness and completeness significantly enhance the hotel's cozy and hospitable ambiance.
When it comes to the rooms, guests are generally positive, praising their spaciousness, comfort and high cleanliness standards. The rooms feature balconies with stunning valley views and the beds are conducive to a good night's sleep. However, some guests noted minor drawbacks such as the absence of a mini-fridge, overly soft pillows and old furniture, but these factors do not significantly detract from the overall positive sentiment.
Cleanliness is another highly commended aspect with the hotel and rooms frequently described as clean, well-maintained and even fragrant. The hotel's daily contact via WhatsApp for service inquiries is a notable plus. Despite mentions of the building's age, the maintenance quality keeps it in commendable condition, contributing to a comfortable stay.
The staff at Hotel LF By Feliciano is repeatedly praised for their friendliness and attentiveness. The warm and inviting atmosphere they create, along with their helpfulness and quick, polite responses, significantly enhance the guest experience. Special mentions of the personalized greetings from the owners and specific staff members like Jonathas and Mrs. Traude underscore this commendation.
Parking facilities, including an on-site garage and multiple covered and uncovered spaces, are well-received for their convenience. Guests appreciate the free, large parking area despite some facing challenges with tight spaces and difficult maneuvering.
Lastly, the beds earn high marks for comfort with reviews highlighting the extremely comfortable, spacious and well-maintained bedding. The beds' setup and air-conditioned rooms further contribute to the overall guest satisfaction, although there are occasional remarks about the inconsistency in mattress quality between single and double beds.
Overall, Hotel LF By Feliciano is a reliable choice for travelers, offering outstanding service, a prime location, excellent breakfast and clean, comfortable accommodations woven together by the exceptional friendliness of the staff.
