Situated next to Frankfurt Mainkur train station and multiple tram and bus stops, the hotel allows easy access to Frankfurt's city center, main train station, major highways and the airport. This makes it an ideal choice for travelers attending events, concerts or passing through the city. Despite some noise from nearby active train tracks, the hotel's location is considered highly convenient.
Guests frequently praise the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality. The buffet includes an array of hot and cold dishes, from croissants to specialty coffees, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The meal's freshness, the friendly service of the breakfast staff and the overall dining environment contribute to its positive reception, making it a highly recommended aspect of the stay.
Hotel Mainstation's rooms, though small, are consistently praised for their cleanliness and comfort. Modern bathrooms and renovations give the rooms a fresh appeal. Many guests appreciate the bright and airy atmosphere created by large windows. Despite occasional noise from passing trains and the absence of certain amenities like wardrobes and tea-making facilities, the rooms are deemed functional and suitable for short stays.
The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness across all areas. Well-maintained rooms, clean bathrooms and fresh interior decoration create a welcoming environment. Some guests note minor issues with stained carpets and occasional lapses in cleanliness, but these are exceptions rather than the norm.

Parking at Hotel Mainstation is free and generally convenient, but the limited number of spaces can pose a challenge, especially during peak times. Guests appreciate the availability of parking directly in front of the hotel and nearby public spaces, though competition for spots can be intense.
Beds at the hotel receive mixed reviews with most guests finding them comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the beds is frequently highlighted, although occasional complaints about firmness and pillows are noted. Noise and vibrations from nearby train tracks can be a minor inconvenience for light sleepers.

Hotel Schöne Aussicht offers a mix of impressions based on its three-star rating. Nestled on the outskirts yet conveniently close to Frankfurt, the hotel boasts a breathtaking view of the city, living up to its name. While the interior is beautifully designed, some guests have noted that parts of the hotel show signs of aging, with room cleanliness sometimes falling short of expectations. Despite these issues, many visitors find it an excellent value for money, praising the price-performance ratio as perfect. The staff at the reception are described as very friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Amenities and breakfast exceed the standard expectations for a three-star establishment, making it a suitable choice for short stays. While some guests feel that the hotel operates at a lower end of the three-star spectrum, it remains a consistent option for travelers seeking a reasonably priced, peaceful retreat close to Frankfurt's urban offerings.
