Although some guests found the amenities to be basic for a four-star hotel, the friendly staff and cleanliness more than made up for it. One guest even found it to be the perfect spot for their first vacation in six years! Despite being part of the Artiem hotel chain, this hotel still manages to provide a unique experience with excellent facilities and services. The only minor drawbacks were the fact that bed linens weren't changed daily and that flat water in the minibar was charged at the end of the stay. Overall, we highly recommend this excellent hotel to any adult looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.
