An aristocratic 18th-century residence with origins dating back to the 13th century. The villa showcases magnificent Palladian floors, fine stuccowork, and period furniture, recognized as a national landmark.
During WWI, the original villa was occupied by the army and it was completely destroyed by the end of the war. A famous architect designed the new villa in 1922. During WWII, the villa was used as a centre of German transmission. After a strong earthquake in 1976, the villa was not able to be inhabited for a while, and the restoration process began. Today, fully renovated and restored, the villa is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation for every visitor and their family.
