The reception staff, housekeeping staff and breakfast staff are all superb with a special shoutout to Beata on the 2nd floor and Billy Collins at the reception at night time. From check-in to check-out, the staff couldn't do enough to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's service is impeccable with staff going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. The hotel's restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and excellent service provided by the staff, including Moya, our friendly waitress at dinner. Donnacha in the bar stood out for his hospitality and Shauna in the dining room was exceptionally friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable and cozy rooms and a great central location with private parking. The staff team is one of the best ever encountered, friendly, courteous and attentive, making for an exceptional stay at the Castle Hotel Macroom.
