The staff is described as lovely, friendly, warm and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Braeside Bliss is also perfect for a romantic and intimate escape with the charming inn exuding love and warmth. Overall, guests had a great stay with fantastic accommodation in a great location that is thoughtfully done with cleanliness in mind.

The location is perfect as it is close to all shops and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. Guests enjoyed their stay and rated it as very good, superb and exceptional. The Hathaway Suite is highly recommended by guests. Although the facilities and services are practically perfect, some guests would like to have food facilities. However, this did not affect their experience negatively. The only downside reported was that the wood provided for the fireplace was too big. Overall, guests highly recommend this hotel with a 10/10 rating.
