The indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyed by guests, who appreciated the heated pool and children's pool. Although there were some issues with the pool area being crowded and needing to be cleaned more often, overall the pool and hot tub were great amenities. Guests especially loved that they could schedule time for the pool and appreciated the hotel's efforts to clean and disinfect the pool during COVID-19. Complimentary drinks at the bar and a clean pool area added to guests' positive experiences. However, there were some negative comments about the pool being too cold, small or closed for repairs. Despite some issues, most guests enjoyed the pool and the hotel's other amenities, such as the large suites for families, excellent breakfast and fantastic shower experience.
