However, some guests felt that the price is too high and the buffet wasn't up to the mark and only pretended to be a 5-star hotel. Some guests even felt that the hotel deserves only a 4-star rating instead of 5. But most of the guests had an exceptional experience and were very happy with their stay and will love to visit again. All in all, the Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is a great hotel, offering pure luxury, fantastic location and excellent service that nobody can resist.
