The spa is simply spectacular and the thermal springs are beautiful. The hotel offers excellent accommodations with well-appointed rooms in both the main hotel and the annex that provide ample space and are well-serviced. Some guests felt that the breakfast could be more varied, but overall, they found it to be good. The only other negative comment was regarding the cost of the rooms; some felt they were not justified given the level of service. However, these opinions were few and far between and most guests were satisfied with the hotel's high level of service, which was exceptional.
