From the best Concierge ever, named Alden, to the friendly doorman, front desk receptionists and bar staff, guests consistently praised the professionalism, politeness and helpfulness of every staff member. The luxurious property was made even better by the incredible staff who continuously provided great service and made guests feel at home. A special thank you was given to Sophie at breakfast, Utku at the front door and Vedat at the front desk for their exceptional help. While there were some reports of rude reception staff, the majority of guests had an excellent experience with the hotel staff.
