From the moment guests arrive, they are met by helpful and friendly professionals who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The reception and concierge staff receive particular praise for their superb service and guests note that they did everything and more to make their stay comfortable. The pool and gym are also excellent with attentive staff on hand to assist guests. However, some guests did experience slow service from lounge staff and found it difficult to get served at the bar. Despite this, overall guests were impressed with the carinho dos funcionários (care of the staff) and the fantastic παροχές (facilities) at the Bvlgari Hotel London.
