Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Eringer Hotel offers a breathtaking mountain retreat, epitomized by its stunning location that provides direct access to the ski slopes and picturesque views of the Alps. Ideal for both adventure seekers and those craving relaxation, the hotel's proximity to ski trails and nearby thermal baths ensures an unforgettable getaway. Guests frequently commend the hospitable staff for their friendly and attentive service, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, despite some inconsistencies in training and service at the dining facilities.
Accommodations at Eringer Hotel are spacious and elegantly appointed, providing guests with modern amenities and captivating views from room balconies. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is another standout feature, with high standards maintained by diligent housekeeping staff, although occasional lapses in communal areas and minor upkeep issues have been noted. The breakfast buffet earns high marks for its variety and quality, offering ample choices to cater to diverse dietary needs, despite some suggestions for expanding hot options.
Dining experiences receive mixed feedback; while the quality of food is generally praised, menu limitations and inconsistent service are areas for potential improvement. The hotel's dining facilities, especially the fondue and raclette options at the Stübli restaurant, have the potential to enhance the gastronomic experience further.
For skiing enthusiasts, Eringer Hotel is a dream destination, offering seamless access to the slopes and convenient ski pass purchases on-site. The integrated spa facilities provide a luxurious touch to unwind after a day on the slopes, further enhancing the high-end boutique vibe of the hotel.
Parking at the hotel is convenient but requires clearer management to avoid difficulties with availability and signage. Although there are minor areas where improvements can be made, the Eringer Hotel successfully delivers the ambiance and aesthetic charm expected of a four-star establishment, offering guests a memorable mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.
