The location is excellent with easy access to tourist destinations. Guests appreciated the good customer service over the phone and email, along with the flexibility provided for them. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food that guests highly recommend. While the room is basic, it is nice and offers a comfortable stay. However, some guests felt that the price was slightly high for the facilities provided. The absence of a refrigerator and microwave in the room was disappointing for some travelers. The valet parking view from the room was not ideal and guests expressed a preference for spending more to avail of better views, bed and amenities. Despite fewer facilities, the overall experience was very good and left a positive impression with many guests vowing to return to the hotel in the future.
