Guests praise the excellent location, which is ideal for tourists and offers plenty of nearby activities, as well as being close to Endon, Leek and Alton Towers. The surroundings are picturesque and tranquil with lovely walks along the lake and the hotel itself is set within gorgeous gardens. The venue is easy to access with plenty of parking available and the staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast and food and the hotel rooms and facilities are always clean and comfortable.
