Most guests praised the location as excellent, brilliant and ideal. The hotel's proximity to the train station and the shopping center was particularly appreciated. The central location made it easy for guests to explore the city, access the rail network, attend events at Leeds Grand Theatre and reach their destinations in the city center. The convenient location combined with the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable rooms made it an excellent choice for guests. The breakfast staff were exceptional and the service from the receptionist was excellent. In addition, the staff at Cast Iron Grill were very helpful and polite.
