Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
FASTHOTEL ROISSY CDG SUD - Claye Souilly offers a convenient option for travelers due to its strategic location near Charles de Gaulle Airport, making it ideal for those with early flights or quick layovers. The hotel is well-situated for exploring nearby attractions like Disneyland and provides easy access to the Eurovelo 3 bike path, restaurants, shops, and a shopping area. Despite some guests noting its slight distance from the airport, the proximity to public transportation and other facilities enhances its appeal, balancing affordability with location benefits.
The breakfast service receives mixed reviews. Many guests enjoy the delicious and plentiful buffet offerings, appreciating the variety and the serene start to their day. However, some find the options lacking in freshness and variety, with certain criticisms pointed toward limited choices and an inconveniently late start time.
Room accommodations are generally described as comfortable but small, with travelers appreciating the tranquility of a quiet environment. Cleanliness draws mixed feedback, as some guests find their rooms immaculate while others note maintenance issues and occasional cleaning oversights. The lack of heating during colder months and traffic noise for rooms facing the parking lot are points of concern.
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and attentiveness, contributing significantly to a pleasant stay. Guests commend individuals like Galchit for their warmth and willingness to accommodate specific requests, highlighting the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction.
Parking at the hotel is a positive feature, with free private parking and security measures like closed parking at night adding peace of mind for guests. The convenience of self check-in and check-out further enhances the overall experience.
While room size and bathroom amenities could use improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and space, the comfort of the beds, combined with the overall convenience and affordability of the hotel, leaves a favorable impression. The hotel aligns well with the needs of short-term travelers seeking basic accommodations with the benefit of an accessible location.
