Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Located in the picturesque region served by Terres de France, Appart'Hotel le Splendid offers serviced apartments that promise convenience and cleanliness at a reasonable price point. Despite its idyllic setting, several guests have found that the establishment might not meet their expectations for a three-star accommodation. Visitors commonly note that the facilities, such as blinds or shutters, are lacking, and the equipment might feel outdated. Additionally, some guests have voiced concerns about the minimal services provided, such as the absence of hygiene products like soap and shampoo. While the hotel maintains decent cleanliness, there are issues with noise and the lack of available parking spaces. Many have felt that the amenities such as bedding are minimal, making it less reasonable for larger groups, and the frustration with a small refrigerator capable of only accommodating minimal items is apparent. Overall, while the hotel succeeds in offering budget-friendly clean lodging, potential travelers might wish to adjust their expectations concerning the services and amenities typically associated with a three-star venue.
