While the rooms were spacious and clean, some needed refurbishing and repairs, such as broken plugs and bathroom doors. Despite this, the resort provided junior beds and potties for families with toddlers and the glassed-in balconies were a nice touch. The water park, playground and activity park were the highlights, though some guests found the distance from the spa on rainy days with small children challenging. Overall, the resort offers a great family experience and the gracious staff at the reception and R-kiosk made guests feel welcome.
