The excellent location and helpful staff make for a perfect old-world glam ski resort hotel that guests are sure to love. Although there were a few negative reviews suggesting the hotel was closer to 3-stars than 5, the vast majority of guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay and praised the best location and best service. While some noted the lack of a minibar, this seemed like a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent hotel that is perfect for skiers and non-skiers alike.
