Despite having over 70 kids in the pool, guests enjoyed the pool area which was spacious and nicely designed. However, some guests experienced discomfort with the water being too cold or murky. Although, others found the pool experience enjoyable and appreciated the connection to the mall. Some guests were disappointed that the pool closed on their second night and others wished for a hot tub. On the other hand, some guests were discouraged that there was no pool. Overall, guests recommend that the staff should enforce adult-only swim hours and improve the air quality since the pool area was overly humid with a strong chlorine smell. Despite some minor issues, half of the guests groups were able to enjoy the pool area.
