Despite a slight hiccup due to weather, the hotel staff were accommodating and allowed guests to reschedule their booking. The hotel's location at the base of the Zug Spitze is simply wonderful and guests enjoyed their stay immensely. Although some guests noted the absence of ski boot warmers in the ski room, the overall comfort of the stay made up for it.
