The staff are professional and extremely helpful, especially Oladunni, Oluwayemi & Onomase at the front desk who are known as the 3 Os. Excellent customer service is provided for corporate clients. Access to the business district of VI is good too. However, some guests complained about poor support from one of the front desk staff as well as poor and erratic internet connection which can be frustrating for mobile business travelers and remote work nomads. Overall, this hotel is a great option for those on a business trip in Lagos.
