Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Panorama Kvariati, located in the picturesque Kvariati area, is celebrated for its truly enviable beachfront location. Guests frequently commend the breathtaking sea and mountain views, enhanced by the large balconies in the modern apartments. The tranquil and cleaner beach compared to neighboring Batumi, combined with a convenient 15-minute taxi ride to the city, highlights its excellence as a serene seaside escape in the Black Sea area.
The dining experience, however, has its ups and downs. The hotel’s restaurant, when open, offers tasty food with a stunning view from the 12th floor but suffers from slow service and high prices. Thankfully, nearby alternatives like "Rakushki" and Frida Café are praised for their good service and reasonable pricing, offering guests satisfactory dining options.
Rooms at Panorama Kvariati are spacious and modern, particularly those on higher floors with magnificent sea views. Family-friendly accommodations with kitchens are ideal for longer stays. Guests note that while the rooms match advertised descriptions, there are occasional shortcomings in room amenities and housekeeping services.
Cleanliness is generally appreciated with comments on the neat, newly renovated facilities and quality towels. However, the infrequency and adequacy of cleaning services have been points of concern, necessitating multiple reminders from guests. This has occasionally resulted in dusty rooms and unclean common areas, impacting the overall experience slightly.
Staff at Panorama Kvariati are frequently praised for their friendly and helpful demeanor. The reception staff is especially noted for their politeness and responsiveness, although slight inefficiencies and occasional delays in service have been observed. Specific employees like Ana and Lika have left lasting positive impressions on guests.
The hotel’s rooftop pool on the 13th floor is a standout attraction, offering stunning panoramic views despite its small size. While a few guests mentioned the need for maintenance and noted the pool's cool temperature, it remains a serene and picturesque spot, especially appreciated by adults.
Regarding the beds, guests experience a mix of comfort and issues. Many find the beds very comfortable with high-quality linen, but some faced problems like soiled sheets and inadequately sized blankets. Maintenance issues such as broken mattresses and folding sofas being uncomfortable were also reported. Nevertheless, these are minor drawbacks against the hotel's strong points.
In sum, Panorama Kvariati excels with its magnificent location, modern rooms, friendly staff and stunning rooftop pool, making it a desirable choice for a peaceful and scenic stay despite some areas needing improvement.
