Despite a couple of minor issues, such as cigarette marks left by a previous guest and a breakfast that doesn't quite match up to five-star standards, the hotel is still highly recommended. It's clean and pleasant to stay in with a luxurious vibe that you would expect from a high-end hotel. The hospitality is generally good, although, there is room for improvement to match other five-star hotels. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Tbilisi with many guests recommending it and calling it a beautiful and exceptional place to stay.
