The pool is refreshing and extraordinary and some guests say it's the best feature of the entire property. Unfortunately, some guests missed out on the temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi during their stay because of maintenance and some had unfortunate experiences with the pool being closed due to COVID-19 or under renovation.
