The Estate is secured with gates, electric fences and security cameras. Angelview is located on the top of hills to the north of Knysna town. It is about ten minutes from the town centre with all major shops, and the waterfront with numerous restaurants. It offers magnificent views of the Outeniqua Mountains to the north and west, and lagoon and Knysna river views to the east and south. A truly angelic view.
There is no traffic and the quiet is all enveloping. Safe off-road parking is available for your vehicles.

Angelview Guest Accommodation offers three guest rooms, two guest rooms with limited self-catering, and one fully self-catering unit.
Each guest room has a private entrance, and is furnished with a queen-size bed, with electric blanket, a ceiling fan, and has an en-suite private bathroom. One room has a bath with shower, the other has a shower. The 2 guest rooms have limited self-catering facilities comprising induction hot plate, microwave and fridge, and cutlery and crockery for two. There are easy chairs inside, and outside seating with table on a patio. There is also an outdoor barbeque and eating area.

The Self-catering unit, with its own private entrance has a queen size bed and a double-bed sleeper couch ideal for 2 children, or one additional adult. The well-equipped kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave, an induction hot plate, and crockery for 4 people. A fan and heater will keep you comfortable. The living area has a table and chairs for 4, a TV with full DStv. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There is a paved area around a 12-metre swimming pool, with an outdoor braai/barbeque and eating area. The pool has a solar blanket to keep the temperature up a few degrees.

The estate has very low-density housing, with individual homes being unfenced. There are numerous footpaths to explore, and ample bird watching opportunities. There is easy access to the surrounding estates which are also nature reserves, with no fences between them, offering a total of around 90 hectares of unspoiled indigenous fynbos and coastal scrub. It is situated next door to the Simola Golf Course, with its spa and restaurants.
