Kionia Apartments is a great place to stay right on the beach with the ocean just out of your room. The beach is very close, only a minute's walk away and it's clean with marvelous water. The hotel has its own beach just a few steps away, but there are also other wonderful beaches nearby. Some of these beaches are part sandy and part rocky, while others are virgin, pure and rough. Despite the unimproved access to the water at the hotel's beach, the sea is super clean and the view is idyllic. Guests recommend bringing water shoes since the beach is often rocky. The apartment has a large terrace and an amazing view and the owner is very nice and helpful. It's a quiet and peaceful area perfect for a short stay on a nearly deserted beach. There are stairs to access the water, but there are also other sand beaches that are easily reachable by car. The sea is tranquil, crystal clear and warm - a true dream for swimmers.

While the entry into the sea can be a bit tricky due to stones, the snorkeling is fantastic. Sleeping with the sound of the sea in the background is pure bliss and starting your day with yoga and meditation on the beach followed by a morning swim is a dream come true. The location is considered exceptional and ideal for a short stay. However, permanent umbrellas for more shade would be a welcome addition.
