Despite its central location, guests also note that the hotel has a secluded feel and is surprisingly quiet. The Hemingway House, Lighthouse and beaches are all easily accessible on foot or a quick Uber ride away. Whether you want to be near restaurants, museums or special points of interest, the hotel’s superior location puts you right in the middle of everything. And despite being in the center of town, you can count on a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the excellent location and friendly staff make this hotel a top choice for travelers who want easy access to everything Key West has to offer.

Breakfast

Guests of the Orchid Key Inn - Adults Only have raved about the breakfast options available at the hotel. The dining area for breakfast is welcoming and well-stocked and there is even a nice bar with breakfast. Some guests even enjoyed a wonderful breakfast by the pool, which exceeded expectations. The excellent continental breakfast has a nice variety of foods available and is very tasty and healthy. In fact, the free breakfast and happy hour didn't disappoint! Guests can enjoy a large variety of fruit, yogurt, danishes, meat and eggs to make a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast options are plenty and the food is fresh and delicious. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, the daily breakfast was well-organized and safety measures were followed and the breakfast set up and offerings were great. While some guests found breakfast to be just okay, most found it to be fantastic, perfect, or even excellent and a daily treat during their stay. The only negative review mentioned that the breakfast was pover. The pricing was a little high, but that's normal in the Keys.

The Orchid Key Inn - Adults Only boasts a super pool with complimentary wine service and a pool bar serving creative drinks, making it the perfect place to cool off and relax. The pool area is an oasis of beauty and tranquility with lovely sunbeds, ice-cold water, fruits and sun lotions provided. Guests loved how their rooms opened up to the pool or were in close proximity to it. The pool was also heated and accessible 24/7, making it refreshing and relaxing any time of day. Although some guests noted the pool could be a bit warmer and the jacuzzi pool had paper floating in it, the beautiful and clean pool oasis with adequate lounge chairs more than made up for it. The small bar and hot tub were also very nice. Overall, the peaceful atmosphere around the pool and amazing facilities with great staff at this centrally located inn, even amidst the bustling island, provided a wonderful retreat for guests.

Parking

The Orchid Key Inn - Adults Only provides convenient and safe parking for guests. Although some guests express that parking spots are a little tight, there is plenty of parking available at a reasonable price with Tesla charging stations also available. Furthermore, guests appreciate the ease of in-and-out parking, some even able to park right in front of their room. Additionally, the staff was reported to be great and the rooms spotless with guests grateful for the convenience of having their own parking spot, even though some did have to pay extra for it.
