While some guests have reported issues with the kids' club being dirty and lacking toys, there is still ample space for kids to run around, including a large grassy area. The staff are friendly and accommodating, although one guest did note that the staff member in charge of the kids' club was always on her phone. And although one guest reported their children suffered cuts in the small pool, the resort is still perfect for families with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained.
