Despite some guests experiencing weather restrictions preventing use of the beautiful Jacuzzi, others raved about their spacious and clean room with a private Jacuzzi and pool just like the pictures. The jacuzzi in some rooms even doubles as a piscine. One guest described the experience as magical, from the reception to the various attentions of Luke. They particularly raved about the private pool with a dreamy Jacuzzi attached. The addition of a "jacuzzi mode" to the private pool was a highlight for some others, complimenting the serene ambiance created by the sounds of the water. The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to enjoy the jacuzzi due to the chilly weather. Nonetheless, this didn't stop most guests from enjoying their lovely private hot tubs. The hotel also offers a massage service in the comfort of your own suite. With great customer service and magnificent views, Nova Luxury Suites is definitely a must-try.
