The outdoor pool was a bit small for some families, but the surroundings offer great outdoor activities like rafting and hiking. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool may be seasonal, so it may be unavailable during some stays. The hotel is conscious of not overcrowding the spa and pool, though guests would like them to open earlier than 11 am. However, for some guests, the pool times for kids are limited to 3 pm, which may have its limitations. The downside is that some guests stated the water in the pool was cold, probably due to the lack of heating.
