The Cactus Hotel Adults Only 21 plus is a great hotel with an excellent location, high level of service and deserves more stars. The rooms are modern and comfortable, although some guests found the decor to be outdated. Despite this, the hotel offers superb facilities and services at an affordable price. While the breakfast is only okay, there is still a good selection of options available. However, some guests found the cleanliness to be lacking with outdated bathrooms. Some guests also feel that the hotel's classification as a 4-star hotel is misleading and should be downgraded to a 2-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel's car rental service may not be trustworthy with some reports of illegal activities and high fines.
