Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Sunny Side Wellness Resort & Spa offers an idyllic retreat praised highly for its stunning, elevated location that provides guests with panoramic views. While the hilltop setting demands physical effort, especially given the steep and narrow access road, many guests find the breathtaking vistas and overall tranquility worth the climb. The proximity to beautiful beaches also adds to its charm, though a car is advisable for easier navigation.
The resort shines in its offering of modern, spacious and impeccably clean accommodations. Guests rave about the well-appointed rooms featuring full kitchens, comfortable beds, generous amenities such as air conditioning and underfloor heating and luxurious extras like jacuzzis and rooftop terraces. The meticulous upkeep and stylish furnishings enhance the feel of a home away from home, complemented by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Hosts Drago and Zorica receive particular commendations for their friendliness and responsiveness, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
Cleanliness is a standout aspect across the resort, from spotless rooms and bedding to the immaculate pool area, which guests appreciate for its consistent maintenance. Despite minor issues such as infrequent room cleaning and occasional towel concerns, the resort's dedication to cleanliness is evident.
The spa and wellness facilities are another highlight. The well-equipped gym, clean and pleasant pool, sauna and comprehensive wellness program are frequently praised. Guests value the convenience and quality of these amenities, noting the gym’s array of exercise machines and the spectacular mountain views during workouts. The outdoor pool distinguishes itself with its heated, chlorine-free water and serene, uncrowded environment, further enhanced by a meticulously maintained garden and the provision of fresh drinks.
Despite some mixed reviews concerning bed comfort—particularly with sofa beds and folding beds—the overall guest experience at Sunny Side Wellness Resort & Spa is overwhelmingly positive. The resort offers a rejuvenating escape with excellent facilities, attentive service and stunning natural beauty, making it a top choice for those seeking relaxation and scenic luxury.
