Families will love this place with its large family rooms that are hard to find in central locations. The customer service is exceptional with staff going above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and happy. We were particularly impressed when the reception staff gave our entire family drinks as we waited for our taxi on the day we left - a small touch, but it really showed how accommodating they were. While there isn't a play area for young kids, this property is still a very nice place to stay with family. It's conveniently located near all the main city locations and the excellent breakfast will make sure everyone is fueled up and ready for the day. All in all, we really enjoyed our time at the Regalia Hotel and would definitely recommend it to other families.
