Albergo Ristorante Punta Dell'Est, situated by the picturesque Lake Iseo, delivers mixed experiences for its guests. While the hotel's cleaning service receives high praise, maintaining a tiptop condition, the overall accommodation falls short of expectations for a three-star rating. Guests frequently highlight the outdated décor, furniture and general aging structure of the facility. Rooms, though functional, are described as dated and some encountered issues, contributing to a general sense of disappointment among those accustomed to typical three-star hotels. The lack of air conditioning also adds to the challenges, making the hotel feel less comfortable, especially considering the price point. Overall, while the cleanliness and great location by the lake are appreciated, the dated facilities and services do not fully align with the standards expected of a three-star hotel.
